Get rid of the ELCFILES abomination, again.
* Makefile.in (update-elclist, ELCFILES, compile-last): Remove.
(all, compile): Don't call compile-last.
(compile-main): Build the "elcfiles" list dynamically.
(compile-targets): New (internal) target.
